2.2 Recirculating Spray Aerosol Recovery System

2.2.1 Recirculating Spray Recovery System Pump
The recirculating spray recover system pump uses a versatile electric pump drive and incorporates a high torque permanent magnet D.C. motor which is totally enclosed and permanently lubricated. The unit uses solid-state speed control circuitry. It has reversible flow direction and the ten turn locking micrometer dial speed control offers excellent flow control. The motor has an operating range of from 1 to 100 revolutions per minute. Power requirements at 100 to 130 VAC. Additional technical and/or service information is available through your ET representative. Operation of this equipment in any manner other than that specifically identified in the "Operations and Users Manual" may result in personnel hazards and may damage the equipment.

2.2.2 Moisture Separator
The moisture separator in the aerosol recovery system is a stainless steel mesh with a rating of 95% for removal of liquids from saturated air.

2.2.3 HEPA Filtration System
The HEPA filters provide a 99.97% efficiency for aerosol particles of 0.3 microns and larger.

2.2.4 Recovery System Exhaust System Fan
The recovery system exhaust fan is an 115v A.C. variable speed fan. Its flow capacity ranges from 4 cfm to 45 cfm.
